Alexia Marchetta

Alexia Marchetta is the Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy at Systems Planning & Analysis (SPA), leading all mergers and acquisitions activity and guiding the company’s strategic vision and investment initiatives. She works closely with SPA’s Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors to ensure that all investments align with the company’s long-term, sustainable growth strategy.

Ms. Marchetta brings extensive M&A experience, having previously served as a Director at KippsDeSanto & Co., a leading investment bank and subsidiary of Capital One. There, she advised on numerous buy-side and sell-side transactions across the defense, civilian, and national security sectors. She led teams supporting M&A, corporate finance, and strategic consulting for public and private companies, strategic acquirers, and financial sponsors, contributing to billions of dollars in transaction value across the government services and technology markets.

Ms. Marchetta holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and International Business from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business and maintains FINRA Series 63 and Series 79 licenses.
