Employee Resource Groups
Connecting people. Growing together.
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) at SPA are voluntary, employee-led communities that foster support, career growth, and personal development. Each ERG is built around shared experiences or identities and works closely with senior leadership to share insights, generate ideas, and strengthen our workplace culture.
SPA proudly supports five active ERGs:
MERIT
MERIT is a community that strives to embrace and amplify the voices of the various cultures that make up SPA.
SPA VETS
SPA supports our veteran, Reserve, and National Guard community by empowering them with inspiring stories, valuable resources, and networking opportunities—while honoring their service and strengthening a strong advocate network.
