Dan Muse

Dan Muse is the Chief Financial Officer of Systems Planning & Analysis (SPA), bringing more than 20 years of financial leadership experience in the government contracting industry. He oversees SPA’s finance, accounting, treasury, and tax functions, drawing on a career that includes CFO roles at Iron Bow Technologies—where he also led business operations, facilities, and M&A—Solerity (formerly Preferred Systems Solutions), FCI, and Sevatec.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Muse worked in public accounting at Arthur Andersen, transitioned to investment banking at Goldman Sachs, and spent 11 years with Stifel as a Director in the Aerospace, Defense, and Government Services Investment Banking Group, advising on capital raises and M&A for government services clients. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Richmond, a Master of Business Administration from Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®).
