Alexandria, Virginia – Systems Planning & Analysis (SPA), a leading global provider of data-driven analytical insights supporting complex national security programs and defense priorities, has been awarded a $500 million Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) Phase III indefinite-delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for Trident II Submarine Launched Ballistic Missile and Strategic Weapons System engineering and program support services.

This award emphasizes SPA’s commitment to delivering high-quality support in critical sectors of national security, safety, and reliability. Key performance areas include systems engineering, technical assessments, risk assessment, and nuclear deterrence mission oversight counsel technical support.
