William M. Parker

William Parker became CEO of MCR in 2018, leading a successful turnaround that transformed the company into one of the fastest-growing firms in government contracting and ultimately guiding its sale to Arlington Capital Partners. He brings a rare blend of market insight, hands-on operational expertise, and financial discipline gained over more than 30 years in senior leadership roles.

Prior to MCR, Mr. Parker helped shape and grow multiple government contracting companies, including serving as COO and founding management team member of Salient Federal Solutions, where he helped build the company to $235 million in revenue and through its merger with CRGT. He also held COO roles at NCI Information Systems and Karta Technologies, and previously served as President of Pinkerton Computer Consultants’ Government Solutions before its sale to Kforce. Mr. Parker spent three years as CEO of the publicly traded company Crosswalk.com and 16 years at CACI, rising from Senior Associate to Executive Vice President of both the IT Business Group and Business Development. A U.S. Naval Academy graduate, he served six years in the U.S. Navy.
