Ashley Grau

Ashley Grau serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Systems Planning & Analysis (SPA), where she leads enterprise human capital strategy and operations. She oversees talent, retention, succession, compliance, and SPA’s HR Business Partner model, enabling a high-performing and mission-ready workforce.

Ms. Grau brings more than 17 years of experience in human resources leadership, with expertise in workforce planning, employee relations, total rewards, and mergers and acquisitions. She has a strong track record of aligning HR strategy with business objectives, leading cross-functional initiatives, and delivering scalable solutions that support organizational growth.

Prior to joining SPA, Ms. Grau spent 16 years with ASRC Federal, where she held a range of HR leadership roles supporting the company’s Space, Civilian, and Defense operating groups. In these roles, she led strategic HR initiatives, supported complex organizational efforts, and partnered with senior leaders to drive talent development and workforce effectiveness.

Ms. Grau holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from York College of Pennsylvania and a master’s degree in human resource management from University of Maryland Global Campus. She is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
