Aimee Dalton

Aimee Dalton is the Chief of Staff to the President of Systems Planning & Analysis (SPA), bringing more than 20 years of experience supporting the Department of War. In this role, she oversees daily operations, strengthens cross-department communication, leads special initiatives, and supports strategic planning, training programs, technology integration, and future merger and acquisition activities.

Prior to becoming Chief of Staff, Ms. Dalton served as a division director at SPA, supporting a diverse set of national security clients—particularly in the maritime domain, including the Australian and Canadian Defense Forces—where she delivered analytic assessments, models, strategies, and policies addressing both current and emerging security challenges. She previously excelled as a group leader, supporting the Navy’s Fleet Ballistic Missile program for Trident II (D5), the Missile Electronics Life Extension, and Conventional Prompt Strike, while also contributing to Department of War-wide threat assessments and R&D prioritization for the Navy’s Strategic Systems Programs.

Ms. Dalton holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Baltimore. She is certified as a Defense Finance Manager and a Project Management Professional.
