MCR is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Systems Planning & Analysis (SPA), a large, global provider of data-driven analytical insights.

The OBX-SPA Alliance JV was awarded an unrestricted Small Business Set Aside contract to compete on the Hemisphere MAC IDIQ. OBX-SPA is allowed to compete on all Task Orders, including the Full and Open and Small Business Set Aside opportunities. We are one of three incumbent prime contractors on future Task Orders.
