As a 16-year Resident Director at the Strategic Weapons Facility, Pacific (SWFPAC) Carol was instrumental in the preparation and activation of the TRIDENT II (D5) activation program. Carol is extremely active in local community programs and has an outstanding reputation for mentoring personnel within SPA.

As a 16-year Resident Director at the Strategic Weapons Facility, Pacific (SWFPAC) Carol was instrumental in the preparation and activation of the TRIDENT II (D5) activation program. Carol is extremely active in local community programs and has an outstanding reputation for mentoring personnel within SPA.
Carol Evanoff brings her extensive Program Management expertise to SPA, and currently serves as the “Gray Beard” SME for the FBM SWFPAC/SWFLANT Operations, focusing on D5LE2 Activation Planning and supporting SPC2 SEIT for Hypersonic Missiles.
Prior to joining SPA, Carol served as Lockheed Martin’s Resident Director at the Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific in Silverdale, WA, where she was responsible for 430 Lockheed Martin employees and was a Cost Account Manager for $55M budget. Carol brings extensive technical and leadership experience to SPA in engineering, information technology, security, logistics, risk management, continuous improvement, strategic planning, and submarine engineering support. Carol was the Lockheed SME for mentoring leaders; over 1,000 protégé’s were promoted into leadership positions under Carol’s mentorship.
Carol obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Management from St Mary’s University and has completed numerous management training programs including the University of Maryland Financial Strategies Program and the Stanford University Leadership Program, as well as technical training including Risk Management, Cyber Security, and Agile Software Development.
Carol has developed strategic plans for small businesses, authored publications on career success as well as management and mentoring, taught at several colleges and universities, and has spoken at a number of technical women’s conferences. She has received numerous awards and accolades over her long career, including the 40 Year FBM Service Award, three Navy Command Raborn Awards, and two James S. Cogswell Outstanding Industrial Security Achievement Awards from the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency.
