Alexia Marchetta has extensive experience leading merger and acquisition (M&A) activities.

Alexia Marchetta is the Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy for SPA and is responsible for leading all mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activity, driving the company’s strategic vision and investment initiatives. Ms. Marchetta works closely with SPA’s Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors to ensure investments align with SPA’s strategy for long-term, sustainable growth.

Prior to joining SPA, Ms. Marchetta was a Director at KippsDeSanto & Co., a leading investment bank and subsidiary of Capital One, where she completed numerous sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions in the defense, civilian, and national security domains. There, she led teams that advised on M&A, corporate finance, and strategic consulting to growth-oriented public and private companies, strategic acquirers, and financial sponsors on billions of dollars of transaction value across the government services and technology sectors.

Ms. Marchetta holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, with dual concentrations in Finance and International Business.

Ms. Marchetta holds Series 63 and Series 79 FINRA licenses.
