What is OASIS?

GSA One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) – is a Government-Wide Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (MA-IDIQ) task order contract that spans 28 North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Codes and 6 NAICS Code Exceptions across 7 pools. It is divided into two major business size categories, Unrestricted (large and small contractors) and Small Business (small contractors only inclusive of all socio economic classes).

It is designed to address agencies’ need for a full range of service requirements that integrate multiple professional services including Program Management, Management Consulting, Engineering, Scientific, Logistics, and Financial disciplines that span all life cycle phases for a total integrated solution.

The services to be provided under OASIS SB are intended to meet the professional service mission requirements of all Federal agencies, including all organizations within the Department of Defense (DoD) and National Security Agencies.
