We apply our legal expertise and deep background in intellectual property and technology transfer to advise the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) on acquisition outcomes performance and policy.

When the Chief of Naval Operations requested the accelerated deployment of an operational laser weapon system, the Navy turned to us to navigate the acquisition process using the Rapid Prototyping Experimentation Demonstration (RPED) approach. SPA helped the Navy achieve this goal by identifying modifications to the standard DoD acquisition process that expedited the contracting process.
