The Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) required our support developing a damage assessment impact rating process for cyber incident management. The resulting process established a common understanding of the impact and severity of cyber incidents across all DoD organizations.
The consequences of failure associated with operating a nuclear processing facility can be significant. Leveraging our domain expertise, SPA provides nuclear weapon inspector training for the Navy and its stakeholders, and supports inspections to ensure facilities are compliant with policy while minimizing operational risks.
Foreign investment and real-estate transactions in the US can pose risks to national security. The Office of the Secretary of Defense for Industrial Policy and the Committee on Foreign Investment in the US turned to SPA to monitor and review foreign investment transactions, assess the impacts, and mitigate foreign investment risks.
